Shipping and delivery


SHIPPING POLICY

All packages will be sent from China via YunExpress/SF Express. We are not charging VAT, packages sent to the UK or EU may be subject to import fees paid by the customer.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will offer returns, refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Orders not delivered due to negligence in packing (ie. address on label does not match address from order).
  • Orders that arrive damaged due to negligence in packing. Please provide photos and/or videos when contacting us.
  • Orders that are incomplete due to negligence in packing (ie. a missing charm in a bundle).

We will NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Orders that arrive damaged or are missing due to shipping and handling by the courier.
  • Orders that are undelivered due to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is unclaimed or returned to the sender, we will reach out to discuss a second attempt. The buyer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
